Where is my order?

We ship everything within 3 days. After that, it’s in the post office’s hands - but I wanna know if your package has been delayed! Feel free to use our Contact page to give us a heads up, and we recommend contacting your local post office with the tracking number from your order, usually they are best able to track your package down.

    What is your return/refund policy?

    We're happy to accept returns and refunds within 30 days of purchase, just let us know and we'll get you a return shipping label. Our policy is a full refund of the item upon its return to us, minus the return shipping costs.

      What shipping method should I choose?

      Depends! Do you need your object urgently? Then we recommend choosing Priority Mail Express. Otherwise, we use First Class for smaller packages and Priority for larger packages, which both deliver within 6 days or less.

        Do you ship internationally?

        Absolutely :) One thing to keep in mind is that sometimes there are delays or shipping issues with international packages coming out of the US, so you may want to pay for International Express shipping if you need your object quickly.

        Do you do custom colors or commissions?

        We don't - but we *do* release seasonal colors and limited edition items, so keep your eyes peeled for special releases like that!

        Can I order wholesale?

        Yes, we love working with other businesses! Use our Contact form to let us know that you would like a catalog and we'll get the ball rolling.
